The weekends weather forecast isn't terribly awesome, and my legs felt okish, so I decided to go see how much form I've lost by travelling for the last month or so.

I was slightly concerned when four O2 guys, two TKM and one Lauchie Norris turned up. Thankfully the pace was a little slower than I expected them to meter out. It still hurt me, and the answer to my question of form is "a fair bit" but it was good to stick with the bunch until we got to Burgundy st. On Burgundy I popped and I popped hard.

Well that's a starting point, now we can judge progress.
