Got up and ran this morning... well more of a jog as my legs are still a bit DOMSy. I aimed to get a set of 3x10 30m sprints in, but after only 3 reps my right quad was telling me something was wrong, so I listened to it and went back to just covering some distance.

Not really sure what's the go with the quad, I'll have a chat to it over the next couple of days. My current feeling is it's something to do with the squats the other day.
