Northside Ride:
I met up with a few of the guys to do the Northside Wheelers Ride, I wanted to get a little bit of a pain into my legs, but nothing too long.

I sat on the front with Pommy John and chatted when the effort wasn't to great, thankful that there was a tailwind helping our speed. I started a solo ITT lead out from just past Mentone, holding a nice 48kph, ramped up to 52kph to finish off. I figured after all that work I'd be safe from turns into the headwind. I was wrong.

We rolled long turns two up into the wind, once again I lead out the sprint with an ITT effort. The strong headwind had me right on the tip of my saddle, hunting for more power and less resistance.

You Yangs:
A quick bike swap and it was off to the You Yangs with my brother.

We did a lap of the Kurrajong loop, the pace wasn't terribly fast, so I had a bit of extra energy to hit some lines/jumps I normally wouldn't.

No this isn't a line I normally wouldn't hit.
