2 x 20 Deck squats

4 x 10ES @ 32kg Step ups (25" box)
4 x 1 Pushup Plank

4 x 20Box Jumps (25" box)
4 x 1 @ 32kg KB rack

4 x 20 @ 20kg MB slams
4 x Jack knives

4 x 10ES Reverse lunge
4 x Jumping squats
1 x 15ES Reverse lunge
1 x Jumping squats

Work in pairs, the second exercise is done until the partner is finished with the first, then swap.

The final set of reverse lunges and jumping squats is because Jeff can't count, so we thought it'd be nice to keep him and Justin company.

Sadly red lights and stopped cars ruined what both Justin and I agreed was a thrilling finish to Burgundy St. He had a slight lead but was close to topping out his gear, I on the other hand had the fear that we'd run out of time/road for me to get mine up to speed and thus pass Justin.
