2 x 20 Deck squats
3 x 10ES @ 80kg Step ups
3 x 30 @ 20kg Box jumps
1 x 30ES @ 20kg Explosive alternating step ups
1 x 20ES @ 20kg Explosive alternating step ups
1 x 40ES @ 20kg Explosive alternating step ups
3 x 200 @ 42kg GS Jump Squats

I'm fairly happy with how I behaved tonight. I took some time on the way over to review the shortcomings in previous weeks, why they were bad, and what I needed to do to correct it.

I was happy to see we were back on the step ups, they're fucking brutal, but they're a great test of my character. I'm glad to say I completed the first two sets straight through and put the weights down to regrip only when swapping sides in the last set.

I used my HRM for the first time, it came as no surprise that it was the explosive step ups got my blood pumping harder than anything else.

In lieu of getting a ride to and from Jeff's I went for a walk after dinner, a couple of hours at a leisurely pace around Richmond and the city. At a guess I'd say around 8-9km.
