2 x 20 Deck squats
1 x 20ES @ 35kg Sloshball step ups
5:00 @ 92kg Deadlifts (45)
1 x 1km @ ~40kg tyre drag (14 min?)
3 x 10ES @ 35kg Sloshball forward/back lunges

The deadlifts and tyre drag were counted and timed as a test of sorts. Despite a promise to go into this session with a better mental focus, I can't help but feel I performed well below my potential.

I can point to still carrying tightness or soreness from the weekend, but as usual the finger must always stop while pointing at me.

For reference the DL were bodyweight and the others managed the following.

Justin @ 82kg: 75
Jeff @ 62kg: 100

PMPW: 92kg
