3 x 5ES @ 40kg KB One arm swings
3 x 10ES @ 80kg Step ups
2 x 5ES @ 80kg KB One legged dead lifts
1 x 10ES @ 80kg KB One legged dead lifts
3 x 10ES @ 24kg OSBB Snatches

Used the full size box (20") this week for step ups, grip is still the biggest issue, but that doesn't mean the reps came easy or pretty. Jeff uttered his first (within my earshot) "I can't". Granted it was 80kg (1.3 times his bodyweight) on the 20" box (which puts his leg below parallel), but it's good to see he's human.

I think my legs are going to recover ok from this lot, though I imagine I'm going to be ravenously hungry for a few days. What I don't think will recover well is my grip strength, my forearms are fucking smashed. I could barely change gears on my roadie on the way home. :(
