A pretty warm day, but nice to be on the bike. The ride home from Jeff's was powered by a lazy northerly that left me feeling like a cycling god. I like that feeling.

Justin was back on the bike, and despite having one skinny leg he was able to pedal circles. So that's now both Campbell and Justin riding again, which is nice to see/hear.

2 x 20 Deck squats
4 x 10 Powerband sprints
4 x 20 @ 35kg Sloshball cleans
3 x 20ES @ 43kg Step ups
4 x 50 Rope shenanigans (2 hands, alternating hands, alternating lunges, jumping)
4 x 100 @ 43kg GS jump squats

Once again the powerband sprints and sloshball cleans were done as supersets, but thankfully working with 2 others (instead of just 1 as per last week) meant a rest cycle between the sprints and the cleans.

It was kinda good to get back to the jump squats. The OSBB felt a little odd, the shot loading up just as your legs were starting to gain traction for the squat. In other words, the rhythm felt odd, but otherwise they were all good, the biggest issue was remembering how to count to 100.
