The legs felt a little flat on the way home, I'm not really sure why though, perhaps it's one of those things that will never be fully understood.

2 x 20 Deck squats
1 x 100 @ 43kg OSBB Deadlifts
1 x 150 @ 25kg Sloshball cleans
1 x 200 Box jumps
1 x 50ES Prisoner step up to lunge
1 x 1,000 @ 38kg GS jump squats

The deadlifts with the 60mm bar hammered grip strength, so it and the cleans were probably the toughest. The step ups were awkward because of the prisoner hand position, but were pretty easy on the legs, and the jump squats? Well they just took ages to do.

I took breaks in all but the box jumps and step ups, the one for jump squats was @ 800 reps, I just knew stopping @ 500 would make the second half mentally tough.

Approximate volume of sweat lost: 3 large watermelons

PMPW: 92kg
