Waiting for my massage on Monday I watched others working out (nb. Andy works out of a fitness place) and I was struck by how skinny everyone's legs were. All the dudes were big triangles on tiny sticks. I don't think any of them realised why I was laughing, still, it's interesting to note how our perceptions of what is normal can vary so greatly.

2 x 20 Deck squats
4 x 30 Box jumps
3 x 10ES Explosive step up to lunge
1 x 50 Air squats on balance board
3 x 5ES Lunges on balance board
3 x 10ES Explosive ring Bulgarian split lunge

A "nice" session of explosive stuff but no weight to keep things ticking along for the weekend.
