This blog contains the daily grind of a bloke striving to be a mediocre cyclist. Daily logs of training, with some comments thrown in to keep me amused (it's ok for you to be amused as well).
Rest: Apart from stuffing my face at a bbq with the Baum boys, I did nothing of note today..... and loved every second of it. Well I enjoyed the doing nothing bit, the stuffing my face got slight painful after the 4th plateful.
