I've eaten a shitload the past few days, I'm right on top of hydration. I hope that this along with my training will mean that as the race goes on I'll be getting stronger relative to everyone else. Nutrition and recovery is going to be vital.


I hope to come around the top ~10%, basically what I'm hoping for is to be in the group/bunch just behind the elite guys (e.g. Felt/Praties riders). I'll have to see how it goes, who's strong and how I go with the terrain.

I expect tomorrow to be about bunches on the road hauling arse.

I'm nervous!
