I was meant to take it a little easier tonight considering the 24hr on the weekend. I decided the 24hr isn't important enough to break the training too much so didn't end up backing off much (if at all). By half way through the session I was pushing hard through the sets, trying to increase speed, I'm not sure I achieved it, but I certainly sweated a lot.

2 x 20 Deck Squats
3 x 10 Powerband Sprints
2 x 50 @ 16kg (2x8kg KB) Box Jumps
2 x 20es @ 20kg (2x10kg KB) Box Step Ups to Lunges
2 x 200 @ 53kg BB Jump Squats
