A more skills and core based session as we're all racing the BMC 100 this weekend.
2 x 20 Deck Squats
3 x 10 Powerband Sprints
3 x completely failing to lunge on balance board
3 x 20 (10es) @ 16kg Swings on balance board
2 x 20 (10es) @ 16kg Figure 8's on balance board
2 x 15 Prisoner Jump Squats

The lunge attemps were just woeful... nothing more can be said.
My swings were pretty craptacular until the last set. On it I somehow managed to do each side without "dabbing" but dabbed between.
Figure 8's were pretty terrible as well until I realised that I needed to hold the handle on the side to make changing hands better.

Firstly, here is how the exercise should be done as demonstrated by Jeff (left) and Alex (right).
